Returns & Exchanges

At CODE 118, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and secure.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
